Chemical

The 4 most used materials in this sector are stainless steel 304, 316L stainless steel , stainless steel UB6 , and stainless U45N .
The 304 stainless steel is an alloy wherein the nickel and chromium are added.
It can be used inside and outside , but should not be used in a contaminated atmosphere .
The 316L is an austenitic stainless steel .
This is a stainless steel marine .
It contains molybdenum and is therefore highly resistant to corrosion (especially chlorine and sea water ) .
UB6 stainless steel is also an austenitic stainless steel .
These two last types of stainless steel are used for parts that must have good corrosion resistance.
U45N stainless steel is a duplex stainless steel.
The duplex stainless steel has most of the advantages of austenitic and ferritic stainless steel.
The duplex structure provides good mechanical strength and good resistance to corrosion.
