Stainless Steel Plates Stock

DVAI has a permanent stock, regularly renewed, of more than 1000 tonnes ready to be used for a quick start of the manufacturing of your orders. This stock is constituted of plates from Certified European Mills.

All the plates are identified by their Certificate 3.1 according EN10028-7 and ASME SA240/ASTM A240.

The plates answer to the requisitions of DESP and of those of under pressure vessels according to the French CODAP.

Our 8 grades of stainless steel stocked are the following:

Stocked thicknesses: from 1 to 60 mm

DVAI has cold rolled plates from thickness 1 to 6 mm and hot rolled plates from 3mm to 60mm.

Quality Process: DVAI is certified ISO9001:2008.

The follow up of the plates is assured by an inner labelling which makes part of our quality management system.

This follow up is assured for all Customers’ Orders, even if the Certificate 3.1 is not requested.

Every plate and its certificate are registered by a unique code.
All the items issued from our plates are labelled, thus permitting a quick identification.

DVAI labels each item with a chlorineless marker, indicating: grade, thickness, internal codification and internal order reference.
If you require it, DVAI can make other type of labelling:

Cold marking
Engraving pen marking
Laser marking if the items are cut with the laser technology
sticker marking

You will have to precise the elements to be marked.
